Tips for your OCI card photo
- Square JPEG. We make 600 × 600 pixels under 200 KB, which all embassies accept.
- Light background that is not white (light blue or grey is best).
- You also need a signature image.
- Stand in front of a plain, light wall, a step away from it so no shadow falls behind you.
- Face a window so light falls evenly on both sides of your face.
- Ask someone to take the photo about 1.5 m away, at your eye level, with space above your head.
