What we never do
These rules keep your photo acceptable and your data safe.
- We never change your face. No retouching, smoothing or filters. Edited photos are rejected by passport offices.
- We never replace your background. If the background is wrong, we tell you to retake the photo.
- We never upload or store your photo. All the work happens inside your browser.
- We are not a government service. You still apply on the official website. The final decision is always made by the passport or visa office.
