Tips for your Chinese visa photo
- JPEG up to 354 × 472 pixels, 40–120 KB.
- Ears visible. Do not wear a white top.
- Prints on glossy photo paper.
- Stand in front of a plain, light wall, a step away from it so no shadow falls behind you.
- Face a window so light falls evenly on both sides of your face.
- Ask someone to take the photo about 1.5 m away, at your eye level, with space above your head.
